Aussortiert: 1,92 Millionen Kinder sind auf Hartz IV

Es ist eine Schande! Die Anzahl dieser strukturell benachteiligten, und von der Bundesregierung mit ihrer tollen Sozial- & Bildungspolitik in die Unterversorgung abgeschobenen Kinder ist auf 17% gestiegen.

Abgesehen von der Tatsache, das ein Kind nicht für 2 Euro täglich gesund zu versorgen ist, benötigen Schulkinder dank der Umwälzung von Materialkosten auf die Eltern zusätzliche, aber nicht vorhandene Mittel.

Somit wird neben Entwicklungs- und Gesundheitsschäden heute schon dafür dank Hartz IV gesorgt, dass in Zukunft ein Fünftel der Bevölkerung Gefahr läuft zur 2. oder gar 3. Klasse Bürgern zu werden.

Hartz IV - das Intimscreening

Spiegel online berichtet über einen Fragebogen, der die persönlichen Vorlieben und Glaubensinhalte (Einstellungen und Meinungen) der Antragsteller abfragt: Vom Geschmack an exotischen Speisen, über Gewaltfilme hin zu (esotherischen) Glaubensfragen - alles fein verpackt in ein vom EU Sozialfond mit gefördertes Erhebungsinstrument.

" Die Hamburger Behörde für Wirtschaft und Arbeit verspricht sich von der Aktion, "ein umfangreiches Profil der Kunden zu erhalten", um "passgenauere Instrumente für den Förderbedarf" zu entwickeln, so ein Mitarbeiter der Grundsatzabteilung." (SpiegelOnline)

Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie das helfen soll. Denn es fehlen doch noch wichtige Daten zum Psychogramm, zum genetischen Profil und zum Sexualverhalten bzw. den sexuellen Phantasien. Wie soll denn auf der sonst löchrigen Datenbasis vernünftig ermittelt werden können, ob sich jemand für eine Umschulung zum Floristen, Maler, Küchenhelfer oder Stripper eignet?

Die Datensammelwut erreicht eine neue Qualität. Offensichtlich wird hier am gesellschaftlichen Rand probiert & experimentiert, wie weit sich die Bürger mit Eingriffen in ihren Intimbereich & Individualität traktieren lassen. Mit der Keule des "gib Info, sonst kürzen wir Dir die Bezüge" wird sicherlich überzeugt. Über Scientology wird sich ereifert, aber der Staat darf das. Informationelle Selbstbestimmung??? Menschenwürde??? Hallo??

Ich frage mich, welcher Sozialwissenschaflter / Soziologe / Psychologe hat sich denn zu diesen Unsinn verleiten lassen.

Hier zeigt sich der Vorteil der Studienabschlußreform zur Erzeugung funktional einseztbarer Abgägner. Der für den Beruf qualifizierte BA kann Fragebögen erstellen, und der MA kann sie sicher auch multivariat auswerten. Ein methodisch und ethisch gebildeter diplomierter Akademiker hätte bei dem an ihn herangetragenen Wunsch nach solch einem Instrument hinterfragt, in wie weit solche Fragen vertretbar, und die einzelnen Angaben wirklich auf relevante Informationen hin auswertbar sind.

Na zum Glück soll ja jetzt die Bildungsoffensive kommen ...

The hare and the turtoise ... (updated)

Today is quite a day in mobile telecommunication:

Not only because rumors have it, that the iPhone will be locked to German T-Mobile. Or, as the birds sing, that the telco is even said to be paying a percentage of their revenues generated with the iPhone back to Apple Inc - to have it exclusively.

This will be sending T-Mobile strongest competitor in Europe, Vodafone, to stand in the corner and grind their teeth. Meanwhile the Nokias might be sticking their thumbs up their arses: The successful launch does bother them, no matter what they say.

But Nope. That acutally is quite boring.

George Hotz - is our hero today:
He wrestled down the SIM lock of the iPhone - chapeau!
And he will not wring financial profit from his genuine knowledge - and leave for college. A name to remember and watch in the future. May the road rise with you!

*sob*: ... and who knows, maybe one day, there will be an iPhone haunted by greenish ghost of its ancestor.
Update: 25th of August (13:15 CEST):

George keeps his first unlocked iPhone and sells the second one on ebay. If people are really willing to pay 50K$ ... he will have a nice pack of cash in the pocket ;-)

And as the world turns, the software unlock is announced. Engadget.com confirms "with 100% certainty that iPhoneSIMfree.com's software solution completely SIM unlocks the iPhone, is restore-resistant, and should make the iPhone fully functional for users outside of the US."

But unlike George, this other Team tries to hit it big - and set off some serious business: Currentl they are opening up their "mail for bulk purchase enquiries of 500 licenses and above. It seems, that the hype of the iPhone and the craving of people for it (the enormous demand) - did once, again prove the innovative and creative force in human individuals. Nice little showcase for how capitalism & people work.

George pulled back the ebay offer, caught the attention of a second hand phone dealer, who offered to swap the hacked iPhone for a new Nissan 350Z plus 3 brandnew iPhones. Which they did .
